During this period, the product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Terms and Conditions: Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return under this warranty, the customer must contact our customer service within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the defect is confirmed, we will provide instructions for the return process. Return Authorization: A return authorization (RA) number will be issued for eligible returns.
